A. Judd Tuborg speaker, re City Codes Enforcement.
B. Scott Gonsar speaker re: Forbes Lake water quality status.

FORBES LAKE UPDATE - Summarized by Susan Tonken
The tests performed to date in 2002 have shown very good quality readings. Monthly measurements are being taken for a year by the city. NRHNA is considering funding additional testing from our Grant Funds. Additional water quality details will be reported at the next General Meeting.

NRHNA BY-LAWS REVISION
A committee was appointed to review the current By-Laws, and make suggestions to the Board for voting on at future Board Meeting. Committee: Karen Tennyson, Nancy Stephens, Todd Boyle, Mark Isaacs, Betty Lou Crampton, Linda Jones. 

WEB SITE UPDATE
Question was raised regarding the need for a new webmaster. A Web Page Committee was formed - Tom Hodgson, Todd Boyle, Mark Isaacs, Chris Teems. A motion was made to accept ads for balance of 2002 @ current prorated rate on our website.

NEIGHBORHOOD GRANT, Mary Alyce Burleigh, Grantmaster.
2002 Status - we still have approximately $223 from the Picnic costs. Voted to purchase 25 new signs to advertise our meetings.
2003 Grant application - Board voted and approved the following expenditures from the 2003 Grant moneys: Communications $1200 (printing and mailing); Picnic $1200, Forbes Lake dredging $500, Landscaping $600. Mary Alyce will prepare Grant application.

HOLIDAY ACTIVITY
Suggestion that we could bring food for the food bank to a Secular Winter Activity. Should we perhaps hold a Ground Hog Day celebration?

MARK TWAIN SCHOOL LANDSCAPE WORK PARTY
Gardens have a weed problem. On November 16, 10:00 a.m., a work party is to begin by the playground.

GOOD OF THE ORDER
Honda Dealership has requested zoning change for lot north of car lot.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
