Suggestions:
$1500 budgeted for the picnic and it cost $2000 in 2009
Pre-pay for the Reptile Man and the Bouncers

Purchase Costco Gift Certificates for the
food

the Picnic in July. Mike to keep with the Treasurers book.

Stults requested hours put into the board this year to be compiled for a report
to the city to get funds.
Suggestion
that if there is Pro’s and Con’s to a subject such as the last meeting with the
utility tax, readjust
the agenda and finish the conversation
