Banner hanging…Kari Paige will check if we can hang our banner on the fence at Woodlands Park and to make sure there is no charge. She will look into whether we can hang the banner at the school along the fence.  We will need to get the date changed on the sign.

Kaylee: park reservation, said that there is a fee for events over 150 people,  We need to reserve the park for the picnic, hope the fee is waived since a neighborhood event not a private event.

Other:

Don Schmitz: Bench repair info, he has been in contact with  Jason  Filan with the Parks Department. Jennifer Schroeder is director of Parks so if we need any further help she would be the one to talk to. Jeff Rodder is manager of parks maintenance another source to contact.

If we want to maintain our parks we need to get a hold of the Parks Department to get a plan set  and find a business to want to Adopt a Park and help out with the maintenance.  Have a set day of the month to come work at the park.

Kaylee: Twain grounds upkeep, the mulch comes from the School.

Mike Stults getting trained to run Fire station presentation equipment so we can hook up computers and projectors at our meeting.

Forbes Lake: Not sure if with the budget cuts will eliminate the taking water samples, Bud has not yet heard from the city.
